myExperiment has ported some of the Taverna functionality to Ruby.

These RubyGems can be found from here:

For Taverna 1 (SCUFL): http://github.com/mannie/taverna1-gem/

For Taverna 2 (t2flow): http://github.com/mannie/taverna2-gem/

These allow you to:

  • Load Taverna workflow definition files into an in memory model (with all components).
  • Generate preview images from workflow definition files.
