We are happy to announce the release of the Topics explorer tab. This functionality was developed in collaboration with the Database Research Group at the University of Pennsylvania. Topics explorer uses tags and tag co-occurrence to organize the myExperiment workflow repository into categories, and is based on the latent Dirichlet allocation (LDA) topic model.

We encourage you to use Topics explorer, and to give us feedback by clicking on the thumbs up / thumbs down icons inside each topic description. Your feedback will help us evaluate our approach, ultimately improving your data exploration experience. We also look forward to your written feedback, which should be addressed to Julia Stoyanovich.

Topics explorer was developed by Julia Stoyanovich, Paramveer Dhillon, Brian Lyons and Susan B. Davidson at the University of Pennsylvania. This work was supported by the US National Science Foundation grant 0937060 to the Computing Research Association for the CIFellows Project and grant III-0803524.
